A katar, which is an Indian weapon. Reinforced point for armour-piercing. 18th and 19th century examples can be found for sale, and also plenty of modern fakes. Also some modern ones sold as modern replicas. These are worn with the scabbard (or sometimes the bare blade) tucked into the belt (cloth sash about the waist, rather than a leather belt).

Google images search for "katar" will find plenty of examples. More info at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katar_(dagger)
