    Moving in an oposit direction of those listed, cheep but good:

    Dorset House (check my spelling, they make leather stuff and can doo inexpensive scabards from blade drawings).

    Blacksmith Brothers (Ask Gus Lee he has there contact info).

    Tinkers Lady also dose scabards (Again ask Gus he'll get ya in touch).
