    peat bog bokken...only $2k!

    I thought this kinda deserved a thread all it's own. Check this out and say what you think. It actually looks kind of nice...but i'd be afraid to use it, even for kata.

    Irish bog oak... Japanese Bokken... eeeeeh. Cultural fusion? Better to use the wood for handles/scabbards for celtic style/inspired blades. Bog oak is awesome though- I saw a throne carved out of a massive log when I was in Ireland.

    I guess lol? Idnolol, $2k for bokken............it is pretty awesome but yeah, at first i thought it was made out of actual peat and i nearly died lol.
