Guy, please do not tear into an entire nation based on the thoughts of a few men. Biased comments should be avoided. Not all Kumdo instructors or practioners feel this way. Most of us fully understand that kumdo came about durring the Japanese take over. Hai dong gumdo is a cross between japanese and korean swordmanship. If you were to watch one of our forms you would be hard pressed to distinguish it from any japanese forms. I even use a hakimo as well as a katana and wakishashi for my forms. In the future, avoid comments condeming an entire country. jc
