    Tim,

That's nothing, you should see me in person!

> > > your reference to managing space and time came from my discussion of tactics from individual to any echelon you care to go to. It really is about managing space and time. Since you were pretty much mocking my choice of words and mocking the 'martial' discussion I figured making my comment in order. And not thin-skinned at all.<<<

If I had wanted to mock your choice of words... and I had no reason since I would fully agree with you... I would have done so directly, being >>>condescending and generally unpleasant<<< in my posts. (And believe me, my posts are NOTHING, compared to my generally unpleasant self (G).)

True. But discussion and argument are (and, in our field, always have been extensions of sparring with weapons. Sometimes a the hit arrives a little harder than intended... or because one left an opening in the argument that just invited a corrective smack.

In the end, you pull a t-shirt over the bruise and write it off to friendly sparring.

> > > Chris, maybe you have been sarcastic and mocking for so long you don't notice it anymore.<<<

That's true.

No offense.

Chris
