    You wrote, and I quote:

"Much like you're plainly wrong on 95% of the facts on medieval Fechtbücher you present in your "Medieval Swordsmanship" -- which obviously hasn't kept you from talking about them."

Now, where I come from, making such potentially slanderous, inflammatory and derisive comments without immediately backing them up with a reasoned, researched and persuasive explanation and argument is called bullshitting.

It isn't reasonable to expect to get away with the claim that JC and MS is 95% wrong on a subject without providing detailed, researched counter argument in this or another public forum, as to why. You made the claim, and as far as I'm (and I'm sure, many others are) concerned your credibility and reputation rests on publically explaining and proving your claims, or publically retracting these statements.

I, for one, would be very interested in seeing your public, detailed analysis of the 95% John Clements supposedly got wrong. Afterall, I don't think you'd be too happy if a prominent member of the Historical fencing community proclaimed ""The Secret History of the Sword" is 95% wrong, and a steaming pile of horsemanure to boot!" in a public forum, without going into very specific detail.
