Biography:

Simon is a private wealth asset manager in Santa Barbara. He is the owner of American Swords, LLC. (www.AmericanSwords.com) past serving member of the board of directors of the Santa Barbara Historical Arms Association. He consults for various historical associations and museums on American swords. He has also published articles and been a guest on the Elizabeth Stewart Antiques Radio Show. In prior careers Simon has served as a detective in the South African Narcotics Bureau, a roughneck on the North Sea oil fields, and scuba diving instructor in the Cayman Islands. His focuses include American swords and history from the Revolution through the Civil War, as well as the Zulu Wars in South Africa.
