Can you identify this sword?

This is a Sudanese kaskara. Usually of the 19th century and sometimes with older European blades. Someone else may know more, including recognizing the mark shown but these are fairly common swords and this doe not look like one of the older blades

Looks like a Kaskara with some good age, possibly a locally made blade with interesting makers mark.
Others may know more about the mark. The grip on this one can be restored to make the sword quite presentable.
