Aequitas
This is a pretty interesting fantasy-esque paladin sword with a wide blade, habaki, and imitation bone grip. It is BIG.

Project Aegir
This was a project we did for Liquid Advertising, an advertisement firm that does work for companies like Blizzard. These were presented to 10-year anniversary employees, and one side of each blade has the employee's name, and the other features a quote from Egil's Saga. The guard and pommel and done by John Greybeard.

Victory
This is the first run of our new "tactical"-esque line. The blades are CPM-3V hardened to 58-60HRC, and the grips are G10.

Some of the stuff here is not my usual Fare. The one with the white grips is abviousely a custom, but it turned out cool I think and of course it is a real live cutting beast, razor sharp, kinda Sfi-Fi though! The tacticle stuff is special due to the CPMV3 steel. The only Odin made cutlerey sent to heat treating facility ever. You know I just always did my own like the Vikings here and the Paladin I did, but the Victory line has to be done differently, very special. Feels funny, but 61 rockwell and unsurpassed toughness is nothing to scoff at. It also allows for a very fine edge geometry

The Hilt for the longship version would just have five lobes with no logo on the pommel. I got a set from Grey beard for an Odin Triple fullered hollow ground viking. It looks Pheno marv. But Please write to james@longshiparmoury.com for confermation. Problem is the cast hilt parts are expencive. The Victory line has vertually no furniture and the legends line have all Odin forged steel hilts, except for Silvia which has the cast bronze.

Thanks Mark. I thought it would be nice to jazz it up a taste with the burl and mosaic pins, which was a bad move cause now everyone who showed interest in the Victories have pulled into custom territory or not at all. The idea was tacticle tough sharp user knives and swords, hence the black etched blades. Now most folks want fine satin. Funny whatever was not offered. This is why I let James do the hagling

Truely you need each design of the Victory line, as life comes in different colors and shapes There are some more styles needed for this line. Like a everyday small knife general purpose that lives on your belt. Course this special steel would work great for many styles of weapons/swords. So, the next we get a sheet of mighty CPM3V we will get even more into smarter full function designs. Keep with us!!

Hi It's not a stainless steel but a tool steel. It is very new to knife making and especially new to swords. It the highest rating of toughness and edge retention, so perfect for this new Victory line. Besides my partner at Longshiparmoury James Fang, did a ton of research and kinda force fed me this stuff. I after all, am just a silly swordmaker who keeps to his own But after suing it I also found it so be superior in many applications.

Wow, that's some cool looking stuff. I wonder if it can be forged at all or if it is stock removal only.

How is it for flexibility? Will it take a set before it snaps? Does it flex much before taking a set?
