WTB Tsunakuchi for tanto /wakizashi project

WTB: Tsunakuchi for both tanto size and wakizashi size. Any suggestions. I'm waiting response from Fred Lohman but nothing yet. Any resources I've overlooked.
    Thanks.

Do you have a piece of Delrin or some other harder material? Tsunakuchi aren't hard to make, and I resorted to it after breaking one and having to wait for responses. I just copied what I had on hand and it's worked pretty well. I had one I made from oak for a while that got replaced with Delrin later.

I have some antler left don't know it would take the color, but I'll give them a call first. I've installed but never made one before. I guess it would be a cool project.
