Enomoto SadaHito Japanese Katana for Sale

I have an Enomoto SadaHito Katana I need to sell unfortunately.
I purchased it here from a member several years back from UK. He made it for a competition, it is in shirasaya, which is signed by him, noting the blade. The blade is Soshu style, very long and well made and loads of activity. Bohi on both sides. I believe he made it in the 1980s.
    It is signed and dated.
    Price is $9200.
email me for pics and more information.

A beautiful katana by Enomoto Sadahito of the Osaka Gassan group. Sadahito is the son of the famous Mukansa smith Enomoto Sadayoshi and this sword was made at a time when Sadahito forged swords with his father. Sadayoshi was one of Gassan Sadakatsu's top students and excelled at works in the Soshu tradition, which is reflected in this example of his son's work. This extremely long and wide katana is pure So-den, having an O-midare hamon with intense nie hataraki. The hada is an extremely well-forged itame/ko-itame having a great deal of chikei. This blade was made for the 1983 NBTHK sword forging contest where it was accepted and given the Nyusen award. There is a long sayagaki on both sides of the saya stating this, along with the details of the blade. As mentioned, this sword is unusually long at 77.9 cm, and is 3.5 cm wide and 8.5 mm thick. It exhibits a deep koshi-sori and has an extended chu-kissaki. There is a full length bo-hi cut by SadaHito on both sides of blade. This sword is flawless, in polish, with a quality 2-piece gold habaki and jo shirasaya. The mei reads Izu Ju Sadahito Saku and the date is Showa Mizunoto-I Ni Gatsu Hi (A day in February, Showa Wild Boar year...1983)

The sword is beautiful and flawless and a work of art.
The blade has excellent balance and is extremely long. It is made to top craftsmanship by a top smith. SadaHito is a very nice man also with remarkable talents. I hate to see it go, but must part with it.
