Post A Guide to Indian Sword Blade Types

Hello all, collecting South Asian swords gifts one with many mysteries and, while we in the West tend to call most Indian swords 'tulwars' this is actually a bit of an umbrella term. To help bring some clarity to a rather fuzzy topic, I have written an article and made some illustrations to aid the collector in identifying their Indian sword blade. I hope it's useful.

Matthew, a very useful article. I have been using 'An Illustrated Handbook of Indian Arms by W. Egerton pub. in 1880' as a reference. Your article includes weapons not listed in the book !
    Many thanks

Glad it's been useful! There are still a few to add, like the kora, but I have other articles in works at the moment so an update will have to wait.
