Help translate inscription yataghan

Hello. Can anyone help me translate the inscription on this yataghan ? I've just managed to understand the year 1277, islamic calendar. Thank you in advance.

Reading from the right, the first word is عمل 'amal'.
It means: work (of), as in 'made by'.
The next part will be presumably the name of the maker and posiblly a little more (I can't read it, you'll have to hope someone who can helps), then the date that you say you can see, but I can't make out in your photos.
If it is 1277 and the calendar is the Hijri calendar, it's 1860/61 by my rekoning.
