For sale: Original Del Tin Made Abingdon Viking Sword

Up for grabs is a completely gorgeous Del Tin made for Museum Replicas Limited Abingdon sword. This was available in the MRL catalogs for a couple years and then disappeared. Del Tin continued to make them for many years after, but they just weren't quite the same sword. The MRL ones like this had bronze fittings plated with silver and gives it a more attractive appearance then the later plain bronze ones. Also this one has the wonderful CK55 Krupp steel blade (see the wolf stamp in the ricasso).
I've had a few of these over the years and this is the best handling and balanced one I've encountered POB on this 39" sword with 32 1/2" blade is just over 4" from the guard. Weight is just 3 pounds. Blade is unsharpened, but with a beautiful and unmarred satin finish. Leather grip is excellent and fittings have light patina with a few patches where the silver has buffed away with age, but the vast majority of the finish is a lovely bright silver.
Asking price is $400 with $25 shipping CONUS. I'll cover shipping costs if they run higher.
Jump on this one they only pop up once every few years.
