Help with Initials ID please

I am trying to decipher initials on a British p1821 cavalry sword.
I am thinking perhaps ..CH?

Hi Lee,

Difficult to tell without actually seeing the blade however, there doesn't seem to be any connection between the middle and last character, therefore it may be three letters; as in CJC. or CTC. If there is a link between the last twp characters, CH would be the logical conclusion.

I agree with Gordon. If there is a middle initial it could also be an S or an L.

Just add a further complication, I'd say the middle letter might be an I.

I am seeing CSC, or if there is a bar joining the latter 2, I'm seeing CH.
