My avatar over the years. How will you remember me??

Here is a montage of my most steady avatars over the years. very personal , actualy.
I am very curious how folks see me, remember me.

Of all the posted avatars over the years, which one most reminds you of me??

Thanks for your input, truly. Jerry

I have not been around long enough to know you or get to talk to you Jerry, but after seeing the picture of Jethro waiting to be fed, I laughed my butt off so hard, it will probably stay in my mind that this is what you look like. I think I would edit that pic to the trash can before anyone else has the same reaction!

Interesting thing to post by the way!

I don't know you other than having read your posts, but the Jethro avatar seems the most incongruent, which is why I'd vote for that one.

I'm a lot like him. Same initials also. Always trying something new. Jumping in with both feet, not caring what other think

After the barnyard bladesmiths started, I had ol Jethro for a while

    Arvel Crynyd for me
Another guy I relate to. When ever I crash and burn, it seems to set off a much bigger explosion

I love that one as well. Interestingly enough, it looks like the decay of the "God particle", produced by an atom smasher.

That was awsome. Another auspicious manifestation of fire

Funny thing about avatar asociation. When ever I see Stewie, I can't help but think about Aaron Justice. When I'm at the bar, and Yoda order his usual JD, can't help but remind me of TL.

I remember that run. Plasma is a good name for that one!
9-10 pounds of thermite, that melted through the side of the crucible. Learned a lot from that failure

I did use it as an avatar for a while though.

I remember the fire one, due to your excitement when you were doing the quenching for the mastersword.

    Jerry,

Hope you aren't succumbing to narcissism or nihilism. Are you going somewhere?

I generally don't pay attention to avatars, but Jethro is definitely not you. You have not once mentioned chasin' gals down by the see-ment pond or wrasslin' one of Ellie's critters. (Jethro Beaudine....Appalachian action hero....)

Having met you I remember you as none of the above.

    I don't think I'm a narcissist. At least I hope I'm not
Being somewhat dyslexic, I'm a very visual person. I use visuals more than anything for memory association.
I was just curious how others use avatars as association. I should have just made it all inclusive, rather than just my avatars. Also, I think I had a wee bit too much Powers when I started this. I tend to get "chatty" when I drink Whiskey.

Oh man, you just destroyed my SFI persona.
Jethro was a response to someone who labled me as a "barnyard bladesmith". I rolled with it

Jerry...I thought about it and I will have to agree with John L. I like the Rebel flight helmet myself.

Incidentally, I collect Soviet militaria on the side. I have 4 different MiG fighter pilot helmets in my collection. Probably why I like the helmet I suppose.
